摘要在经济全球化的背景下,各国都必须融入到世界经济中,积极利用以及应对国内国际两个市场,这样才能在国际市场上站稳。近年来,江苏经济不断发展,伴随而来的是资源的日益短缺，生产要素成本的不断上升,部分产业生产能力过剩,国内供求矛盾越来越尖刻。通过OFDI,能够把江苏生产能力过剩的一些产业转移出去,同时促进产业结构的升级,提高江苏企业的竞争力。64214
对外直接投资区位的选择问题既关系到投资企业的经营效益，也关系到江苏省对外经济活动的宏观经济效益，具有非常重要意义。近年来，江苏地区的企业的OFDI发展十分迅速，引起了众多学者的探讨，尤其是区位选择的研究上，理论成果更加层出不穷。
但是，从整体上讲，江苏地区的OFDI存在不少问题需要有相应的对策解决，对于江苏企业OFDI的策略，不少学者都进行了仔细的研究，并给出相关建议。
本文一共分为五章，第一章主要阐述了选题的背景，国内外研究的理论现状，以及研究方法，第二章主要研究了江苏企业OFDI的发展历程和特征，第三章研究了影响江苏企业OFDI区位选择的因素以及存在的问题，第四章列举了一些国内外对外直接投资的成功案例，第五章讲的是江苏企业OFDI区位选择的对策分析。
本文在分析国内外对OFDI区位决策研究现状的基础上，利用江苏地区相关数据分析,得到了一些主要比较显著的因素作为影响江苏企业OFDI区位选择的因素。

Abstract Under the background of economic globalization, all countries must integrate into the world economy, actively use and respond to domestic and international two markets, so as to stand firm in the international market. In recent years, economic development of jiangsu, accompanied by the increasing shortage of resources, the factors of production costs continue to rise, excess production capacity of some industries, the domestic supply and demand contradictions increasingly sharp. FDI can put some industry excess production capacity in Jiangsu transfer out, and promote the upgrading of the industrial structure, improve the competitiveness of enterprises in Jiangsu.
Foreign direct investment location choice problem not only related to the investment benefit of enterprise, but also related to foreign economic activities in Jiangsu province economic benefit,which have very important significance. In recent years, enterprise OFDI of jiangsu develop very rapid, caused the discussion of many scholars, especially the research on the location choice, theoretical results more emerge in an endless stream.
But, on the whole, the OFDI of jiangsu has many problems to solve the corresponding countermeasures, for Jiangsu enterprises OFDI strategy, many scholars have carried out a careful study, and gives recommendations.
This paper is pided into five chapters, the first chapter mainly introduces the background, theory research status at home and abroad, and the research methods, development and characteristics of the second chapter of Jiangsu enterprises OFDI, the third chapter studies the influence factors of OFDI location choice of enterprises in Jiangsu and the existing problems, the fourth chapter enumerates a successful case some domestic and foreign direct investment, the fifth chapter is about the analysis of OFDI location choice of enterprises in Jiangsu.
