摘要近年来,由于生活水平和消费质量的不断提高,使得消费信贷的需求也相应增加。在越南,商业银行是消费信贷的主要提供者,因此近年来商业银行的个人消费信贷业务得到了快速的发展,但越南商业银行的个人消费信贷业务在很多方面还需要进一步完善。越南商业银行单一的、传统的个人消费信贷服务在近几年的发展中已经不能满足客户的需求。加之一些小额贷款银行的进入,使个人消费信贷市场的竞争更加激烈。因此,在激烈的市场竞争下如何寻找目标市场,从而制定正确的发展对策,使个人消费信贷得到长远的发展是越南商业银行目前函待解决的问题。68216
