摘 要：随着金融市场的繁荣和互联网信息技术的不断完善，2009年以来P2P在国内逐渐兴起，网贷行业开始逐步被广大群众熟悉及认可，并成为时下最热门的借款渠道。本文选取国内首家P2P网络借贷平台拍拍贷作为研究对象，通过分析拍拍贷在产业规模、产品种类、发展模式三方面的发展现状，找出平台信用风险、运营成本、资产端竞争、政府监管等方面存在的问题，并探寻问题形成的原因，提出了完善风控系统、合理控制成本、加速创新等五方面针对性政策，为P2P以及拍拍贷的良性生长与健康发展出谋划策。70895

Abstract：With the continuous improvement of the financial market prosperity and the Internet information technology, P2P in domestic has been gradually on the rise since 2009 , net loan industry began to be known by the society,and become nowadays the most popular borrowing channels. This paper selects the first P2P network lending platform PPDAI as the research object, through the analysis on development status of pat on the loan in industry scale, product categories, development mode, and then find out platform for credit risk, high operating costs, assets, the end of the competition, government regulation in question, and to explore the issue of formation reasons and puts forward the perfect risk control system, control the cost reasonably, accelerate innovation etc. five targeted policies, and give advice for the healthy development of P2P and PPDAI.

1 引言

2004年以来，银行逐步降低信贷门槛，国家放宽信贷政策，信用借款的小额信贷业务在国内发展日益红火。社交网络出现并且加速发展，大数据时代来临，互联网信息技术日趋完善，因此互联网企业不再只专注于传统业务，开始涉足金融领域，所以就诞生了纯线上的P2P网贷行业。2007年从国外引进P2P概念和模式，并且进行了本土化的改造，于是就诞生了国内首家P2P网络借贷平台拍拍贷。与其他平台相比，拍拍贷平台最大的特点便是采用纯线上模式运作，平台本身是不参与借款的，而是更改为实施信息匹配、工具支持和服务等功能，借款人的借款利率在最高利率限制下，由自己设定。同时这也是P2P平台最原始的运作模式及做法。在收益方面，拍拍贷的整体年化收益率在7%-12%左右。论文网 拍拍贷P2P发展的挑战及对策研究:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_80382.html
