摘要：随着改革开发的深入，国内的传统优势行业——纺织服装业发展迅猛。江苏省作为国内纺织服装出口的重要基地，江苏省的纺织服装业历史悠久，对江苏省的经济建设和社会发展有着重要影响。但是，随着加入WTO带来的经济开放程度的逐步加深和国际经济变动的持续影响，江苏省纺织服装业面临的国际形势更加复杂多变。如何在新的格局下保持并提升行业的出口竞争力，对江苏省纺织服装业乃至全国纺织服装业的持续、健康、稳定发展都将产生重大影响。本文以江苏省服装出口存在的风险，结合江苏省服装出口的实际情况，提出一些针对性的意见、对策来促进江苏省纺织服装业的发展。71740

Abstract: With China’s accession to WTO,China’s traditional industries – textile and garment industry has achieved rapid development,exports have been expanding.As an important base of taxtile and garment exports,Jiangsu has a long history of textile and garment industry,which pays an important role in economic and social development in Jiangsu.However,with the deepening of economic openness brought by WTO accession and the continuing impact of the international financial crisis,Jiangsu textile and garment export situation will be more complex.Maintaining and enhancing the industry’s export competitiveness under new situations will make a significant impact on the sustained,healthy and stable development of Jiangsu economy and state textile and garment industry.This essay analyzes the textile and garment exports in Jiangsu and influencing factors,combined with the pointing out that the risks of Jiangsu textile and garment industry according to the actual situation,and finally proposes some meaures.

1 引言

江苏省是纺织品和服装生产的大省，纺织服装的生产销售量排国内前列，纺织服装的产值占省内总产值的比例较高，出口总额占江苏省出口总额的比重较大，对全省的工业经济发展起着重要的作用。2008年以来，因国际金融危机影响、导致发达国家经济不景气、汇率持续上升、劳动力成本增加、流动资金短缺，使得江苏省纺织服装的生产放缓、出口阻力大、经济效益减小。随后随着国际经济环境的转变，发达国家的服装零售市场开始回暖，以及国内政府和有关部门出台的政策、措施，鼓励和扶持江苏省纺织服装业的发展，现江苏省纺织服装的出口情况已基本度过低迷期，且向前不断发展。论文网江苏省服装出口风险的对策和SWOT分析:http://www.youerw.com/jingji/lunwen_81438.html
