摘要：由于社会的发展，社会和居民的用电量急速增长，电力行业也随之发展壮大，但由 于国家相关政策的推行，同行业经营模式的多元化，致使电力公司的竞争加剧。本文从经 营业务、运营模式和人员情况等方面，对上海电力股份有限公司进行分析，进而发现在能 源结构、业务结构、资本运营、和专业技术人员等方面存在的问题，最后提出了优化能源 结构、优化业务品结构、完善资本运作平台和引进和培养技术人才四个方面的改善建议， 不仅为上海电力股份有限公司的发展提供一定的参考，同时也为其他电力公司的发展提供 一定的思路。72059

Abstract：Due to the development of society, the electricity consumption of residents and society is increasing rapidly and the electric power industry is also developing and growing。 However, the implementation of relevant national policies and the persification of business model in the same industry are leading to intensified competition in the electric power company。 This article analyzes the Shanghai Electric Power Company Limited’s business model, operation mode, personnel so on, and then find the problems existing in the power structure, business structure, capital management, and professional and technical personnel。 Finally, this paper solves the above problems through putting forward to optimizing the power structure, optimizing the business structure, improving the capital operation platform and the introduction and training of technical personnel。 It not only provides a certain reference to Shanghai Electric Power Company Limited, but also provides some ideas for the development of other power companies。
