摘  要：中国石油化工集团仪征化纤股份有限公司是我国规模最大的化纤和化工原料生产基地，近几年以来，我国化纤化工行业的迅速发展，化纤化工行业之内的竞争也更趋激烈化，而且，很多外资企业、民营企业参与市场竞争。面对这样的局面，仪征化纤应当如何提出企业发展对策，推动企业稳定持续的发展，值得研究。为此，文章分析了企业的基本情况，认真分析了企业发展所处的外部环境以及企业发展的内部因素，最后提出企业的发展对策。72069
