摘要我国作为一个发展中国家，土地面积广阔，但是随着人口的不断增长和经济的不断发展，我国对土地的需求不断提高。土地作为一个区域发展的重要资源， 研究其利用变化与社会经济的相关性，能够为政府实现耕地保护、建设用地合理规划以及未利用土地的合理开发提供帮助，从而实现经济又好又快的增长。本文以连云港市2005、2010、2015年的遥感影像进行监督分类处理，将连云港市土地利用方式分为农用地、建设用地和未利用地三种类型，分析三种土地利用方式面积变化情况。通过连云港市历年的统计年鉴获取了全市总GDP、第一、二、三产业的生产总值和人均可支配年收入作为连云港市经济发展的主要指标。通过对三种土地利用方式和四种主要经济指标进行相关性分析，得出连云港市土地利用变化与社会经济的相关性。土地利用的变化促进社会经济的发展，同时又限制着社会经济发展的方向和规模。社会经济的发展推动着土地合理而又高效地利用。72340

The Relevance of The Land Use Change and Social Economic—A Case Study of Lianyungang City
Abstract China, as a developing country, a vast area of land, but with the growing population and the economy continues to develop, China's demand for land continues to increase。 Land as an important resource for a regional development, research related to its use and socio-economic changes, it is possible to help the government achieve the protection of farmland, construction land rational planning and rational development of unused land in order to achieve fast economic growth 。 Taking Lianyungang City in 2005, 2010, 2015 remote sensing image classification supervision, the Land Use in Lianyungang City is pided into agricultural land, construction land and unused land three types of analysis of three different land use changes in the area。 Through years of Lianyungang Statistical Yearbook acquired key indicators GDP and people first, second and tertiary industries as per capita disposable income of Lianyungang Economic Development。 Through three different land use and the four main economic indicators of correlation analysis, the Lianyungang land use change and socio-economic relevance。 land-use change to promote social and economic development, while limiting the direction and scale of socio-economic development。 Social and economic development to promote the rational and efficient use of land。
