摘要二十一世纪迎来了互联网科技的时代。P2P网络借贷正是金融行业在互联网的冲击下诞生出一种新的借贷模式。它充实了传统金融借贷市场交易门槛高、消息流通慢等缺点，提供利率信息透明、脱媒惠民的小额贷款。然而高收益总是伴随着高风险，P2P网贷面临着来自于多方面的风险。本文在分析国内外P2P网贷在对借款方风控层面上的特点与区别的基础上，研究了P2P平台对借款方风险识别的机制，并对网络借贷过程总结出风险控制的三个阶段与三点影响因素。并从信息识别层面多角度提出意见与建议。72386

Twenty-first century is the era of the Internet technology。 As a consequence, peer-to-peer lending is a new financial lending model that born in the impact of Internet。 It enriched the traditional financial lending market which has several shortcomings of high trading threshold, slow transmission of information and others, and it providing microcredit that informational transparency, out of media and benefit to public。 However, high-yield always accompanied by high-risk。 Peer-to-peer lending faces from a wide range of risks。 This paper based on the analysis of the characteristics and differences of home and abroad peer-to-peer lending borrower's risk control level, researched the mechanism level of the peer-to-peer lending borrower risk identification。 As well as summarized three stages and three effects in risk control of peer-to-peer lending 。At the same time, comments and suggestions the information identification from multi-angle。
