摘要：本文通过理论分析与对比分析对证券投资基金行业面临的问题进行分析并提出解决意见，对维护我国证券投资基金行业健康有序发展有一定意义。通过对现状研究发现我国证券投资基金发展迅速、产品分类多样，但也存在着证券投资基金市场监督体系不完善、基金公司内部治理不完善和投资市场的境不健全等问题。通过借鉴美国的成功经验，发现完善对法律的制定、建立健全的市场监管体制，能够保障证券投资基金业稳定发展。最后从基金公司外部以及内部两个方面提出对策建议，通过提高上市公司质量、强化基金委托管理、发展衍生品市场来营造良好的投资环境，通过保持岗位的独立性、建立信息隔离制度、维护公司的企业文化来健全内部结构的治理。这样可以很好地解决我国证券投资基金存在的问题，从而促进我国证券投资基金业的发展，促进我国经济的发展。76896

Analysis on the Current Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of China's Securities Investment Fund 

Abstract: Using theoretical analysis and comparative analysis, this paper give studied the problems of the securities investment fund industry and putted forward some advices which may be meaningful in preserving the healthy and orderly development of the securities investment fund industry。 Firstly, after researching on the current situation, it was found that the securities investment funds developed rapidly and the products were varied。 But the securities investment fund industry also have some problem such as the weak supervision system, imperfect fund company internal governance and the unhealthy investment market environment。 Secondly, the successful experience of development of securities investment fund in the United States was studied and it was fund that the prefect laws system and the sturdy market regulatory system were crucial for the development of securities investment fund industry。 Finally, this paper putted forward some suggestions from the external and internal of fund company。 The suggestions from the external view included improving the quality of listed companies, strengthen fund entrusted management and promoting the development of derivatives market which could create a good investment environment。 The suggestions from the internal view included maintaining the independence of the post, setting up the information isolation system, and maintaining the company's corporate culture which could improve the internal governance structure of fund company。 It was believed in this paper that those measures could solve the problems and promote the development of Chinese securities investment fund industry。
