摘要：就当前经济形势而言，股权投资基金是公司用最低成本获得融资的最好方法，它是股权投资的载体，在投资方和融资方之间形成了桥梁的作用。在股权投资基金的操作过程中，怎么样募得足够的资金是重中之重。本文在借鉴国内外股权投资基金有关研究成果基础上主要是对股权基金的融资模式进行研究。本文首先对股权基金进行了概述，对其进行了定义的解释，对其类型进行了介绍；接着对股权投资基金在国内外的发展现状和特点进行了分析；阐述了股权投资基金的募投管退过程及它的组织形式，再从商业模式创新的角度剖析股权投资基金应该做的创新；本文最后结合芝麻资本管理有限公司的实际运作案例，讲解当下股权投资基金的融资模式创新。希望通过本文的研究，能对我国的股权投资基金募资创新活动提供借鉴和参考。77532

Research on innovation strategy of Equity Fund's financing model
