摘要目前，企业国际化已成为我国民营企业发展的主流趋势，这既是中国经济融入世界经济的必然要求，也是提升我国民营企业国际市场竞争力的重要方式。
我国民营企业在改革开放30多年来，一直采取“引进来”的策略，进行资金、技术、设备和管理经验的原始积累。如今，已经到了以“引进来”为主向“引进来”与“走出去”并重的新时期，急需不失时机地推进民营企业的国际化发展。
然而，我国民营企业国际化这条道路走得并不顺畅，在前进的道路上遇到了重重困难。本毕业论文在阐述民营企业国际化的理论基础、内涵及发展的基本路径基础上，全面分析了我国民营企业国际化的现状，并通过分析我国民营企业国际化的实际案例得出了相关的启发。最后，提出了我国民营企业国际化的路径创新及策略探讨。10010

Title A Study on the Current Situation and Path Innovation of Chinese Private-Owned Enterprise’s Internationalization
Abstract
At present, enterprise internationalization has become the main tendency in the development of Chinese private enterprises,which is not only an inevitable requirement of China's economic integration into the world economy, but also the most important way to enhance the Chinese private enterprise competitiveness in the international market.
Since the reform and opening up 30 years ago, China's private enterprises have adopted “bringing in” strategy to increase the capital, technology, equipment and management experience. Nowadays, We should execute the strategy of combining “introduce come" and "go out”. We need to seize the opportune moment to promote the internationalization of private enterprises.
However, the enterprise internationalization is not that easy with a lot of difficulties.This thesis introduces the theories of private enterprise internationalization and connotation and the basic path of development,discusses the current situation about the internationalization of private enterprises in China,and furthermore by analyzing some actual cases about private enterprises internationalization in China.This paper summaries some inspiration and finally some internationalization path of innovation and strategies has been put forward here.
