摘 要：本文以连云港市铁矿石进口行业为研究对象，首先，从进口铁矿石的种类,定价方法，海运费等方面分析了连云港市铁矿石进口现状。其次，指出其对外商依赖度过高;企业规模小导致规模不经济;中间商过多导致铁矿石成本上升;业务员队伍整体素质不高;铁矿石进口市场信息不对称这五个问题。最后基于上述部分的分析提出实施进口来源国多元化战略; 增强各中小企业凝聚力,组建采购联合体; 提升企业自身知名度,向外商直接进口; 加强业务员的素质能力培养; 重视贸易交流,把握市场动态这五个对策来实质性的改善连云港市铁矿石进口状况。77777
