摘要：对外贸易是我国一带一路政策的主要内容,一带一路政策的顺利实施对我国的贸易有着重大影响，尤其是出口贸易。而中国纺织品出口历来就是我国出口贸易的重点内容。下文通过对比和分析中国的纺织品出口贸易的历史与现在发展情况,和一带一路背景下我国纺织品出口贸易的新发展进行对比,具体是用浙江省的纺织品出口贸易行业为例，从中发现一带一路政策给我国纺织业带来了纺织出口额的增长，促进了国际间的分工，新的电子贸易的贸易方式的形成等积极影响，也理性分析了一带一路可能会给纺织品出口贸易带来安全，政治，投资，法律等方面的消极影响。针对可能存在的问题，从企业，行业，政府三个维度，提出在一带一路背景下，中国纺织品出口企业应该抓住机遇，抱团“走出去”；纺织品出口贸易行业应该建立相关的纺织品联盟，实现资源共享和贸易信息的互通；政府应该建立完善的法律法规体系，给予适当的引导和规范，为纺织品出口企业的“走出去”保驾护航。77904
