摘要在经济全球化的背景下，中国企业在进行海外直接投资的过程中拥有者巨大的发展潜力并且面临着全新的机遇。然而本国许多企业在海外直接投资中却遭遇失利，深究其原因，要考虑的不仅仅是资本和技术，更在于文化。但是文化差异的影响却受到了许多企业的忽视。为此，海外直接投资的区位选择的过程中十分有必要考虑不同国家之间文化的差异对其产生的影响。本文在总结归纳前人研究结果的基础上，界定影响海外直接投资区位选择的因素-文化差异。以定性和定量相结合的方法，实证分析文化差异对我国企业海外直接投资区位选择的影响。79345

Title Research on Effect of Cultural Difference on Location Choice of Foreign Direct Investment of Chinese Enterprises

Abstract Economic globalization has brought huge space of development and unprecedented opportunities for foreign direct investment of Chinese enterprises。 But many enterprises have failed in the foreign direct investment, mainly not because of capital and technology, more importantly, with the lack of the understanding of local culture, ignoring the influence of cultural difference。 For this reason, it is very necessary to take location choice of foreign direct investment into consideration。 This paper summarizes the results of previous studies, based on the definition of the impact of foreign direct investment location choice factors-cultural differences。 With qualitative and quantitative methods, analyses empirically the impact of cultural differences on Foreign Direct Investment Location Choice。
