我国加工贸易中存在的问题及对策研究

摘要：加工贸易在我们国家的经济发展体系中一直占有着非常重要的地位，是我国外贸发展和推进开放型经济调整重要的一部分。加工贸易在经济全球化的进程中实现了高速持续的发展，也促进了经济增长，带动配套产业的发展，稳定就业率，为我国贸易大国地位的确立发挥了积极作用。由于目前全球产业格局的调整与深化发展，我国的经济发展进入稳步发展的态势，加工贸易受到明显的市场冲击，传统的加工形式受到打击，导致外资流入国内市场速度变慢，所以这几年来加工贸易的发展速度明显降低。目前这种状况下，加工贸易遇到的问题有生产成本上升速度过快、环境问题导致资源使用受到限制以及国际间激烈的市场比拼所带来的巨大压力。80548

因此可以看出加工贸易的转型升级是一项长期任务，逐渐由“大进大出”变为“优进优出”，使我国在走向贸易强国路上大步迈进。本文根据目前的加工贸易发展状况做出分析，讨论出优化结构的合理化建议，为加快推动我国加工贸易的创新转变添砖加瓦。

Abstract：Processing trade in China's economic system has always played a pivotal position, which is China's foreign trade development and promote an important part of open economic adjustment。 Processing trade in the process of economic globalization has achieved high-speed sustainable development, also to promote economic growth, promote the development of supporting industries, stable employment rate for the establishment of China's trade power status has played a positive role。 As the current global industrial structure adjustment and deepening the development of China's economic development into a steady growth trend, the international market demand has shrunk dramatically, cause foreign capital inflows slow down。 So the past few years, the speed of development of processing trade significantly reduced。 In the current situation, the processing trade is facing the rapid rise in production costs, environmental resources constraints and the fierce international market competition brought about the enormous pressure。

In summary, the processing trade to achieve transformation and upgrading is a long-term task, gradually from the “massive imports and massive exports "to" quality imports and quality exports ", so that our country from large trade volume to trade power change。 Based on the current development situation of processing trade, this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions to improve the optimizing structure, to enhance the innovation and development of processing trade building blocks。
