摘要：“低贸易时期”是针对世界贸易现状的一个大背景。可以从世界贸易组织在2016年4月的一篇报道中看出,世界贸易的增长速率减缓,这已经是第五年增速放缓了,全球贸易现如今都处于一个相对低迷的状态;所以一些专家将这视为20世纪80年代以来贸易所遭遇到的最尴尬时期。本文中所提到的“低贸易时期”的这个概念,是必须得以重视的一个时代问题;在这样的一个情况下,贸易相对萧条的当代,我们必须要主动采取手段去应对,越来越“恶劣”的贸易生存环境,毫无疑问加工贸易产业尤其是我国不可缺少的一部分。想要提升贸易的质量,最有效直接的方法就是推动加工贸易产业的转型和升级。甚至在世界范围内,加工贸易也是拉动贸易出口与经济增长的最直接的因素。所以针对加工贸易产业还必须从多角度,多维度来配合。本文将以东莞加工贸易产业的升级和转移为例,来探究“低贸易时期”加工贸易产业的发展和出路。80691
