摘 要：在经济全球化与贸易自由化下，全球产业结构迅速调整，结构重心不断向服务产业倾斜，服务贸易的发展作为一个新的经济增长点推动着世界经济的不断发展。尤其以知识、资本、技术密集型产业为主的新兴现代服务贸易，其发展水平更是成为衡量一国服务贸易先进程度的重要指标，同时传统以自然资源或劳动密集型为主的服务贸易的增长速度却在逐渐放慢，地位不断下降。而目前我国对外服务贸易增长的主要方式仍是传统服务贸易的进出口，在新兴领域还存在着大额的贸易逆差，这种长期存在的服务贸易结构不合理现象，限制着我国服务贸易的发展。因此，我国的当务之急是要准确把握世界服务贸易的发展态势，调整产业结构，缓解我国长期存在的服务贸易发展不合理现象，提升我国的服务贸易竞争力。82184

Development Situation of World Service Trade and China's Countermeasures
Abstract：With the development of economic globalization and trade liberalization ,lots of countries adjust the industrial structure quickly 。 It is a driving force to stimulate the Trade in Services ’increase entire world。 the development of Trade in Services has been a new growth point for promoting sustainable development of the world economy, Especially in the emerging modern service trade which based on capital and technology-intensive industries 。the development level of it is to become the Important indicators of country’s Trade in Services with a sophistication of the important indicators 。Meanwhile, traditional trade and services to natural resources or labor-intensive share in world trade is declining 。However, the Traditional Trade in Services is still the main way of Foreign Service Trade import and export of china。 There still exists a large trade deficit in the emerging field of modern Trade and Services 。This long-standing anomaly structure of trade in services is limiting the development of China's service trade。 Thence, China's urgent priority is to accurately grasp the development trend of global service trade, and adjust the industrial structure, to ease China's status quo of uneven development of trade in services, enhance the competitive power of China's service trade in the international field。
