摘 要：随着中国改革开放进程的加快和经济全球化的大背景下，我国国际贸易的发展在2001年“入世”后上升到一个新高度。国际贸易对于开放前的中国的积极作用是惊人的，使我国成为当今世界的贸易大国。然而，国际贸易也具有两面性，国际贸易提升了我国人民生活的同时，也带来了一些不容忽视消极影响，有些方面甚至会带来危害。如何针对这些愈加明显的问题提出有效的解决方案是本文的主要研究目的。本文从国际贸易对中国环境问题的研究现状出发，列举了出现这些影响的国际、国内、制度方面的原因，从产业升级、完善国内环保制度和参与国际合作角度出发对这些现象的对策研究进行探讨。82188

The causes of international trade under the background of China's environmental problems and countermeasures research
Abstract: With the speeding up of China's reform and opening up and the background of economic globalization， the development of international Trade in China in 2001 to join the World Trade Organization (the World Trade Organization) after rose to a new level。 International trade to open before the positive role of China is amazing， make our country a trading powers in the world today。 International trade also has two sides， however， the international trade promoted our country people's life at the same time， also brought some negative influence that nots allow to ignore， and even some aspects will bring harm。 Manifest how to solve these problems put forward the effective solutions is the main research purpose of this article。 This paper according to the research status quo of international trade on China's environmental problems， lists the impact of international and domestic， institutional reasons， from the industrial upgrading， improve the system of domestic environmental protection and participate in international cooperation perspective discusses the countermeasure research of these phenomena。
