摘要 在“互联网+”行动计划带动下,“互联网+外贸”促成了跨境电子商务的兴起,并改变了传统外贸模式。近年来我国外贸进出口增速减缓,跨境电子商务的增速却很快,这促进了传统外贸企业的转型升级,为我国外贸行业带来了新的可能。本文主要分析江苏省互联网+外贸发展情况,首先对互联网+外贸和跨境电子商务进行涵义上的说明,本文中互联网+外贸就是指跨境电子商务;接着对江苏省互联网+外贸的发展现状进行分析,从发展规模、地区分布、主体特征、政策支持和在全国的排名等角度进行阐述,进而找出江苏省互联网+外贸发展中存在的问题,并给出相关的政策建议,从而给江苏省互联网+外贸发展提供参考。82624

Title Problems during the Development of the Internet + Foreign Trade in Jiangsu
Abstract With the proposal of ‘Internet +’, ‘Internet + Foreign Trade’ hastened the rise of cross-border e-commerce which has changed the traditional mode of foreign trade。 In recent years, China's foreign trade growth slowed down, but cross-border e-commerce grows quickly, which promotes the transformation and upgrading of traditional foreign trade enterprises and brings new possibilities to China's foreign trade industry。 This paper analyzes the development of Internet + Foreign Trade in Jiangsu Province。 Firstly, defining the meaning of Internet + Foreign Trade and cross-border e-commerce and the relationship between the two。 The Internet + Foreign Trade refers to cross-border e-commerce in this paper。 Then analyzing the development situation of Internet + Foreign Trade in Jiangsu Province from the aspects of development scale, regional distribution, subjective features and the rank of Jiangsu nationwide, and based on it we can find the problems during the development of Internet + Foreign Trade in Jiangsu。 Finally making relevant policy recommendations and thus to provide a reference to the development of Internet + Foreign Trade in Jiangsu。
