摘要当今社会信息化发展迅猛，网络挂号成为一种趋势，越来越多的用户接受了这种形式。医院网络挂号系统能帮助医院提高工作效率，它能通过网络准确地获取和执行信息并及时衔接信息。在实现方面，计算机网络技术和各种工作平台的发展又为医院网络挂号系统提供了技术保障。86619

基于国内外医院网络挂号的发展现状，本系统研究了相关技术及理论，采用ASP。NET技术和SQL Server 2008数据库，设计并实现了一个医院网络挂号系统，这个系统具有操作便捷、界面友好、安全灵活等优点，并实现了客户端与服务端的无缝连接。

本系统遵循软件工程的思想和方法，按照先分析，后设计，再实现最后测试的流程进行开发。本文对开发流程的各方面都进行了详细的探讨。系统分析是探讨用户需求和系统可行性。系统设计是制定系统方案，确定整体架构和各模块功能。系统实现是通过观察系统架构图和系统界面图，详细商讨系统的实现过程。最后，对目标系统进行测验，有检测内部操作是否符合要求的白盒测试和检测功能是否符合要求的黑盒测试，通过系统测试检验系统是否出错。

本系统可以按照实际应用情况适当加以改善，以便能更好得适用。

Abstract Nowadays, the development of information technology is rapid, network registration has become a trend , more and more users accept this form。 It can effectively collect and execute information, which can help hospitals improve work efficiency, as well timely and accurately links up the information。 In addition, the development of computer technology, network technology and various software development tools and platforms makes it is possible to develop the effective hospital network registration system。

Based on overseas current development of the hospital, we studied the domestic and technologies and theories, and then use ASP。NET technology and SQL Server 2008 database to design and implement a network hospital registration system。 The entire system is simple, user-friendly, flexible, safety, and it can satisfies the stable running for both client and server。

This system follows the thought and method of software engineering, the development according to the process of analysis first, design after, then to realize and test finally。 In this paper, all aspects of the development process are discussed in detail。 System design is to set a system plan, determine the Integrated framework and the function of each module。 System implementation is through the observation of the system architecture diagram and system interface diagram, detailed discussion of the realization of the system。 Finally, the target system is tested。 The white box test whether the internal operation is in compliance with the requirements and the black box test whether the function is in compliance with the requirements。 Whether there is an error in the system test and inspection system。

According to the specific circumstances of the actual application, the system can be suitably modified to use。
