摘要教学资源系统是一个面向多用户的教学资源整合功能系统，管理员在整个系统中负责对整个教学资源系统的数据进行管理以保证系统中数据的完整性、安全性。

本文采用MVC开发模式和B/S结构来设计教学资源管理系统。系统采用MyEclipse开发工具与MySQL数据库进行开发并通过网页的形式来展现这个管理系统。前台通过HTML等前端语言实现，后台采用Java来进行数据库操作，并通过Servlet进行前台后台的交互。在数据库设计上将数据库表分为三大类：账号类、资源类和信息类，以此为基础逐个搭建数据库环境。

本文主要提供的功能有：账号管理：负责管理学生教师与管理员的账号；资源管理：负责管理教学资源库中的各类资源和学生考试的试卷与试题；作业管理：负责对学生的作业和提出的问题和主观题的答案进行管理；论坛管理：负责发布公告和管理用户交流的内容等；统计评价：用于管理学生的总评成绩。教学资源系统中有特有的论坛交流中心可方便学生与教师的在线交流于学习，交流的内容则由管理员负责监视与审核。管理员需要实时对数据库中的资源进行排查以保证系统不会因为空间不足而不能使用；管理员需要对每一个使用系统进行交流和互动的人进行管理，保证他们的资料处于最新的状态。86653

Abstract Instructional Resource System is a teaching resource integration capabilities for multi-user system, the administrator is responsible for the data for the whole system of teaching resources are managed throughout the system to ensure the integrity and security of data in the system。 

In this paper, MVC development model and B / S structure was used to design teaching resource management system。 The system used MyEclipse development tools and MySQL database to develop and show the management system in the form of web pages。The reception can use some front-end languages like HTML to build and back-end can use Java to operate the database and use Servlet interact through the front-end and the back-end。 Database tables in the database was designed to be pided into three categories: account, resource and informational, which as a basis to build a by-database environment one by one。

This paper provides functions: Account Management: responsible for management of students’, teachers’ and the administrators’ account; Resource Management: responsible for the management of various resources, papers and student examinations’ papers in teaching resources repository; Homework Management: responsible for the management of the student's work, questions raised and the answers to subjective questions; Forum management: responsible for publishing announcements and the management of the content users communicated; Statistical Evaluation: responsible for and the management of the Final performance of students。 Teaching Resources system has a unique forum for the exchange center to facilitate student and teacher exchange in online learning, exchange of content is monitored and reviewed by the administrator。 Administrator needs to troubleshoot resources to ensure the system will not be used because of lack of space often; Administrator is required to manage each user of the system to ensure that their information is up to date。
