摘 要：随着移动互联网的飞速发展，实体售楼有着世界地域的限制因而并不能满足顾客的需求，使得网络售房系统得到售楼公司的青睐。目前的网络售房系统还是传统的查询方式不方便用户快速找到心仪的房子。 网络售房系统设计与实现在房屋管理的实际需求，建立网络售房系统设计与实现网站，以方便公司管理信息，提高工作效率。本系统采用浏览器/服务器模式，利用JSP技术，使用java作为开发语言，数据库选用MySQL。实现对房产信息、客户信息、收费信息、收费信息、和售卖信息管理。91351
