摘 要：传统的纸质报销方式应用到如今的企业管理模式下，已经不能满足目前企业财务人员对相关数据处理的需求，而且也出现了相当多的问题，例如在报账申请审核缓慢、审核占用时间过多以及不适用现代办公环境等。该网上报账系统使用Visual Studio 2010和SQL Server 2008 R2数据库作为开发平台，是通过将现代化的软件技术与传统报账相结合，系统实现了网上报账流程的操作，添加了报账数据、报账审核、数据导出以及分类统计等功能，实现网上报账的完整功能系统。论文描述了系统的需求，解释说明了系统实现的框架结构，具体分析了系统的核心功能的实现以及系统的测试操作。91354

Abstract：The traditional way of using paper reimbursement to today's enterprise management mode, has been unable to meet the current enterprise financial personnel related to data processing needs, but also there are many problems, such as the reimbursement application audit, audit slowly take up too much time and discomfort with modern office environment。 The online reimbursement system using Visual Studio 2010 and SQL Server 2008 R2 database as a development platform, the software of modern technology and traditional accounting combination system realizes the online reimbursement process operation, add the reimbursement data, reimbursement audit, data export and classification statistics and other functions, to achieve a complete function of online reimbursement system。 This paper describes the requirements of the system, explains the framework of the system implementation, analyzes the core functions of the system and the test operation of the system。

目前的信息技术应用越来越广泛，因此涉及到企业也使用到了网上报账系统来规范报账业务的管理。针对传统的纸质报销单的使用，不仅在报账申请上需要进行报账内容填写、报账单据整合，而且单据的提交还要根据财务部门的规定时间内上交，所以流程上较为繁琐和不便。因此设计中所实现的功能就解决了流程繁琐、报账申请时间、地点的限制等问题，网上报账的优势就体现了出来，员工通过网上报账系统进入申请功能操作页，填写相关的信息，提交的信息会自动传入到财务人员的后台，财务人员就会根据报账详情予以审核，最后财务主管还可以通过系统查看报账详情及审核详情。 C#+SQLServer企业网上报账系统设计+源代码:http://www.youerw.com/jisuanji/lunwen_198807.html
