摘要:本文设计的企业人事管理系统实现了办公的自动化，各种文件的保存、申请、审批、信息查看等工作都可以在网络上通过该系统进行，不仅节约了大量的宝贵时间和人力资源，还可根据每个企业自身实际进行一些个性化的设计，保证企业人事管理的工作能够井然有序的进行。针对这些需求，为了实现其业务逻辑，本文进行了基于ASP。NET的人事管理系统的设计工作的分析和介绍，采用MVC三层架构，C#作为开发语言，SQL Server 2008作为数据库，对视图、实体、控制器三个方面都进行了完全隔离的操作，主要实现了员工信息管理、申请及审批、考勤管理、资源共享以及管理员对员工数据的增删改查等功能，最终完成了符合中小型企业特性的人事管理系统的开发。92399

Abstract: In this paper, the design of the enterprise personnel management system achieves the aim of office automation。 A variety of files’ preservation, application, approval, information and other work can be carried out on the network through this system。 It can not only save a lot of valuable time and human resources, but also be carried out in accordance with the actual number of their own personalized design to ensure that the work of personnel management can be carried out in an orderly manner。 In response to these needs and the in implementation of the business logic, in this paper, design work and personnel management system based on ASP。NET, use the MVC architecture, C# as a development language, SQL Server 2008 as a database, had achieved the management of employees’ information, application and approval, attendance management, resource sharing, administrators’ management of employees’ information and other functions, finally completed the development of personnel management system which is corresponding to the characteristics of small and middle enterprises。
