摘要：学术会议对于推动学科的发展具有重要意义，是学术交流的一个重要手段。通过举办各类学术会议，可以促进各类学科的发展。随着互联网的普及，通过信息技术可以对学术会议进行科学有效的管理。

本文主要介绍了基于Web的学术会议参会信息系统的设计过程，通过对系统的深入调查与分析，本系统采用Java语言进行编写，以Mysql作为数据库进行开发。在系统实现之前，本文首先对系统的需求进行了非常详细的研究与分析，然后在此基础上对系统的数据库和系统功能进行分析与设计，最后通过编写代码来实现具体的功能。

本系统主要的功能有：用户的注册与登陆、会议信息的查询与发布、论文信息的查询与发布、在线留言以及会议新闻的浏览与编辑等。最后系统的测试证明了本系统具有操作简单、系统功能完善、系统稳定安全等特点，基本满足用户的需求。用户可以通过使用本系统来实现对会议信息的信息化管理，减少了传统会议模式所需要消耗的资源，降低了成本。

Abstract：Academic conferences are of great significance in promoting the development of science and they also act asan important mean of academic exchanges. Through the holding of various academic conferences, the development of various subjects can be  promoted. With the popularization of Internet, academic conferences can be managed scientifically and effectively through information technology.

This paper mainly introduces the design process of conference participants information system based on the Web. Through in-depth investigation and analysis of the system, the system uses Java language, using Mysql as a database development. In the realization of the system, this paper firstly studied and a very detailed analysis of the system requirements, database and system function of the system on the basis of analysis and design, finally through the code to achieve a specific function.

The main functions of this system include user registration and landing, conference information inquiry and publication, information inquiry and publication, online message and browsing and editing of conference news. Finally, the test of system proves that this system is simple, systematic, functional, stable and safe. It basically meets the needs of users. This system can be used to realize the information management of conference information, and reduces the resources consumed by the traditional conference model, and reduce the cost.
