摘要：人事管理在企业管理制度中占据重要地位，而考勤管理又是人事管理的核心内容，由此可见考勤管理在企业管理制度中所占的分量是不容忽视的。员工的上下班出勤情况与他们的工资绩效直接挂钩，考勤评判结果影响着员工的工作热情，也能够客观反映一个员工对待工作的态度，是企业做出用人决定的参考依据。拥有一个高效、公平的考勤系统，不但能够提高员工的工作热情，有利于他们更尽心的为公司做贡献，而且能够优化企业管理，解决企业发展的细节问题，有助于企业的长远发展。

随着移动互联网技术的发展，近年来人们在日常生活中越来越依赖于手机，用手机购物、缴费、订票等，有需求就会有市场，一系列手机APP也应运而生。手机办公也成为一种新趋势，本文的企业考勤系统登录身份分两种：普通员工和管理员。主要功能有：登录功能、个人信息管理功能和员工信息管理功能，以及考勤功能，考勤功能包括：管理员设置考勤信息、员工考勤打卡、考勤记录管理。考勤方式为扫描二维码，员工可以通过本系统方便地参与考勤，管理员可以随时查看员工考勤情况。

经测试，本系统符合市场需求，能够解决企业员工的日常考勤问题，并且运行可靠稳定，达到了预期目标。
