摘要：在信息技术不断高速发展的时代，各种信息技术不断融入到人们生活的各个方面，其中最显著的还是企业的人力资源管理方面，而现代化的企业也早已使用信息技术来对员工的请假进行数据化、系统化的管理。基于当代企业对人力资源管理的需求，就很有必要去开发一个比较先进的员工请假管理系统。本文所要介绍的就是一个以Android为主体，进行员工请假和查看信息以及主管批假和发布公告的一个简单系统。接下来，文章中认真地描述系统使用的相关技术以及编程语言，对于本系统的设计理念以及设计方向和流程，认真地分析了系统的各个功能的简单设计、数据流程、详细设计和实现过程，并且简略地描绘了关于这个系统的规划以及具体内容实现的过程。
系统的主要功能分为两部分：一是员工进行请假操作以及个人信息的修改和公告查询；另一部分是管理者对员工的请假申请进行审核和发布意见，发布公告来进行部门管理以及个人信息的查询和修改。
员工请假管理系统不仅方便了员工，从根本上屏蔽了员工请假时的不必要的麻烦，更有利于避免当代企业不必要的人力、物力的损耗，也为管理者减轻了负担、提高了工作效率，更有利于为企业创造更多利益，实现公司的人力资源系统的信息化、高效化和便捷化。

Abstract：In the era of rapid development of information technology, a variety of information technology continue to integrate into all aspects of people's lives, the most significant is the enterprise's human resources management, modern enterprises have also used information technology to employees’ absent for data, systematic management. Based on the needs of contemporary enterprises on human resources management, it is necessary to develop a more advanced employee leave management system. A simple system is an Android as the main body to perform employees’ absence and view information as well as competent and approved false announcement of this paper is to introduce. Next, the article seriously describes the system used by the relevant technology and programming language, the system for design philosophy and design direction and process, carefully analyzed the system of the various functions of the simple design, data flow, detailed design and implementation process, and a brief description of my system on the planning and implementation of the specific content of the process.
The main function of the system is pided into two parts: First, the employee to carry out absence operations and personal information changes and announcement inquiries; The other part is the manager of the staff of the application for leave to review and comment, issued a notice to conduct departmental management and personal information inquiries and changes.
Employee leave management system is not only convenient for employees, from the fundamental shielding of the staff leave the unnecessary trouble .Besides, more conducive to avoid unnecessary human resources, material loss. But also for the managers to reduce the burden and improve work efficiency, more conducive to the enterprise to create more benefits, to achieve the company's human resources system information, efficient and convenient.
