摘要在矿山企业生产过程中,备件管理系统扮演了一个极其重要的角色,是矿山企业正常生产的保证。只有科学合理地管理备件,才能使企业生产正常,经济可靠地高效率运行。本文论述了矿山企业备件管理系统中设备信息与备件信息的QR二维条形码编码方式,备件系统三大功能结构以及本系统移动快捷化偏向。实现了使用移动设备在矿山企业生产现场查询备件的基本信息、供应商、生厂商、库存数量、库存位置等信息并能跟踪备件质量与智能定制检修计划等功能。本系统基于微软.net平台编译,采用Java编程语言、Tomcat服务器、MySQL数据库开发用为本备件管理系统的开发工具。研究结果表明本系统能够更合理地实现矿山企业设备备件的库存管控,提高了工作效率,更有效地帮助矿山企业提升经济效益。58514

Abstract In the production process of mining enterprises, the spare part management system plays an extremely important role, which is the guarantee of the normal production of mining enterprises. Only the scientific and rational management of spare parts, can make the enterprise production, economic and reliable operation of high efficiency. This paper discusses the QR two-dimensional bar code coding method of equipment information and spare parts information in the spare parts management system of mining enterprises, and the three major functional structures of the spare parts system and the moving and quick turn of the system. The use of mobile devices in the mine enterprise production site spare parts inquiry of basic information, suppliers, manufacturers, inventory levels, inventory location etc. information and to spare parts quality and intelligent custom maintenance plan tracking and other functions. The system is based on the Microsoft .Net platform compiler, using Java programming language, Tomcat server, MySQL database development tools for the management system of the spare parts. The research results show that the system can achieve more reasonable inventory management and control of mine enterprise equipment spare parts, improve work efficiency, and help mine enterprises to improve economic efficiency more effectively.
