摘要激光打印在人们的日常生活中已然成为了不可或缺的一部分,印品质量也随之受到关注。然而,传统的人工手动的检测方式受主观因素的影响,存在以下的问题:劳动强度大,劳动力成本高,人工误差不可控。因此,随着计算机软件硬件的发展,设计开发一种在线的检测方法就变得实际可行。 本文利用图像分析的方法,对打印缺陷在线检测方法进行了研究与实现。首先,通过机器视觉的手段对文本图像的获取,形成具有一定数量的本地文本图片库。其次,针对印品的不同缺陷,设计不同检测方案:(1)对文本投影判断其是否倾斜;(2)用列像素点去背景后的均值衡量文本缺墨情况。在本地文本图片库中进行实验,最终达到95%的检测正确率。26046

Title Research and Implementation on Online Detection Method of Printing Defect Based on Image Analysis
Abstract
Laser printing has become an indispensable part in people's daily life,and the
quality of printing also calls attention. However, due to the subjective factors,
the problems of traditional manual testing method are as follows: high labor
intensity and labor cost, uncontrolled artificial error. Therefore, with the
development of the software and hardware of computer, it is practical to design
and develop an online detection method.
In this paper, research and implementation on online detection method of printing
defect has been performed by the way of image analysis. First, images were
real-timely captured by machine vision to form a local gallery with a certain
number. Second, design different detection method according to different problems
of the products: (1) project the text to the edge, in order to judge whether it
is inclined; (2) measure whether it is out of ink by the average of the column
pixels (without the background points). Finally, reach the detection accuracy of
95% after being tested by the local gallery.
