摘要随着技术的不断进步，使用网络设备的优势和特点来进行网络学习和疑问解答已经成为一种新的发展趋势。本文根据现存在的基于web的网络课程答疑系统中存在的问题，阐述了该系统的分析、设计和实现。系统主要完成了对本系统从分析需求到设计实现的全部过程。设计开发中主要运用了ASP。NET技术与C#语言、SQL Server 2008r2等技术。

在线答疑系统包括学生管理、在线留言、作业提交、账号管理和校历查看等基本模块，本文开发的系统能够满足用户的基本要求，并且在整个系统的操作上十分简单实用。

在过去我们一直进行的老师和学生面对面的教学方式中，基本上都是教师在一直在进行教学活动，学生得到提出问题的机会很少，一般都是教师对学生提出问题检验其学习结果。有的教师甚至还是腾出专门的教学时间来进行学生的疑难解决。但是这样做一方面教师浪费了大量的教学时间，而且有的学生内向不敢在众多学生面前提出自己的问题来进行提问和教师学习。本答疑系统是基于网络的基础上，学生可以对教师进行尽情的提问，一方面大大减少了占用课堂上课的时间，另外一方面也可以解放害羞的学生的内向思想，从而大大提高了教师教授的质量和学生的学习效率。

目前实现网络答疑系统的技术有多种。相对于其他技术而言，ASP。NET可以很好地实现用户之间的交互功能而且开发起来方面快捷。而且本系统选择更为方便的B\S架构，在系统进行开发的过程中更加的简易实用。73420
