摘要实践教学成绩管理系统是实施实践教学的关键，由于现在信息化发展迅速，我们加强了绩效管理的教学实践和运用信息技术是一种重要的方法和途径。在进一步加大教学改革的根本上，以原有的绩效管理体系为根本，联合信息化建设，建立了基于互联网环境的实践教学成绩管理体系。新系统的建立与应用，使得教学质量大大得到了提高，进一步促进了好的学校管理。
本课题是基于PHP的实践教学成绩管理系统的设计与实现，旨在为管理员、学生、校内教师、校外老师提供一个实践教学成绩管理的平台。前台就是使用Dreamweaver进行开发，后台数据库采用的是 MySQL。本系统能够实现一些比较经常使用的功能，如使用者登录、教师管理、学生管理、项目管理、实践项目的管理功能等等。
