摘要随着“互联网+”的推出，各行各业都在不断投入“互联网+”的行动。其中“互联网+餐饮”也越来越盛行，由此产生的外卖应用、点餐应用已经非常流行，与这类应用相辅相成的应用还有餐厅点餐后台管理系统。80162
本设计实现了餐厅点餐后台管理系统。本文首先介绍点餐后台管理系统开发的背景及意义，然后介绍用到的spring MVC及Ajax等相关技术，再介绍系统的总体设计，最后介绍系统中订单的管理、菜品的管理、员工的管理、厨师的管理、厨师与菜品的管理、餐桌的管理、用户查看、收入的统计和销售统计功能的具体实现。本系统实现了以上功能，经测试具有良好的用户体验。

Abstract As the "Internet +" was proposed,all walks of life are constantly take part in "Internet +"。 The "Internet + Food" has become increasingly popular, the resulting takeaway applications,ordering applications have been popular too, as well as backstage management system of ordering。
This design implements a backstage management system of ordering。 In this paper, we first introduce the development background and significance of backstage management system of ordering, and then describes the technology like spring MVC and Ajax that we use, next introduces the overall design of the system, finally introduces the realization of the backstage management system of ordering, food management, staff management, chef management, chef and food management, table management user view, income statistics and sale statistics。 The system has achieved the above functions, tested with a good user experience。
