摘要近年来，随着各高校招生规模的迅速扩大，学生数量与日俱增。因此，对学生宿舍的管理难度不断提高：如何高效地管理学生公寓，保证学生宿舍的安全是每个学校重点关注的问题。
本论文从南京理工大学实际出发，通过调查讨论，设计并实现了基于Delphi的校园学生公寓楼门禁管理系统的软件部分。该软件与校园一卡通及用户的手机同步使用，它们可作为验证用户身份的信息来源，同时以计算机网络为联通媒介，以Delphi为软件平台，以SQL Server为后台数据库，以校园一卡通和手机为硬件基础，将学生宿舍的各种信息整合在一起。80434
本系统实现了学生信息的注册修改，学生进出入信息和违禁信息的登记，校园卡的挂失和临时卡的管理，同时支持校外的访客通过手机的临时注册。

Title The Access Control System of Students Apartments
Abstract In recent years, with the rapid expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities, increasing the number of students。 Therefore, student hostels and continuously improve management difficulties: how to efficiently manage student apartments, student dormitories to ensure the safety of each school issue is a major concern。
In this paper, from the Nanjing University of reality, through the investigation to discuss, we designed and implemented based Delphi campus student apartment building access control system software section。 The software with the campus card and mobile phone users simultaneous use, which can serve as authenticate users sources of information, while computer network Unicom media to Delphi as the software platform, with SQL Server as the back-end database to the campus card and mobile phone hardware foundation, will integrate a variety of information about the student dormitory。
