Abstract Currently, more and more people take part in the computer grade examination in order to improve their professional competence or be covered in the computer field。For these people, practice before exam is very significant。So this system is the grade exam online tutoring system developed for these candidates who want to practice before exam。 It has the advantage of a general online examination system to avoid the tedious manual examinations, and make more extensive scope of subjects。 At the same time, it prepares the audience for computer grade examination candidates, the user targeted, and system maintenance are also targeted。 For candidates who are prepared, they can be anywhere in the computer and network environment exam practice and knowledge of the weak points of reinforcement learning。
