Abstract As the new concept “Internet +” has been put forward , the unprecedented strong connecting force which the Internet has brought is changing every aspect of our lives 。 When mobile internet impacts education and training industry , it is an inescapable problem that how can we build a information-based bridge between students , parents and schools with the internet in the new times 。

This paper is aimed at the development process of the mobile website of education and training industry based on HTML5 。 It mainly introduces the background , requirement analysis and the process of coding and test of the website 。The website this paper realizes uses HTML5 to achieve the front end , uses J2EE to achieve the background and uses Hibernate and mysql to achieve the database 。 It realize the basic function of registration , login and browse , etc。 In addition , it realize some characteristic function such as online application and online payment 。 The page is relatively stable and the interface is relatively concise。
