本文针对于如今市场上借贷业务的详尽调查，研究并分析了 P2P 网络借贷平台 的设计与规划以及相应的关键技术。本文的主要工作如下,首先阐述小额贷款的相关 概念和特点，然后介绍开发本 P2P 借贷系统所需要用到的技术。本文介绍了 PHP 脚 本语言，并说明了使用 PHP 的优势以及 PHP 的应用场景。同时，也对开发工具和开 发环境的搭建进行了相关概述。在此之后，说明 P2P 网络借贷系统的需求分析和可行 性分析。阐述系统的流程行为，在此基础之上，对系统具体的功能模块有了清晰的规 划和设计。最后，介绍对本系统的测试方法及测试说明，实现整个 P2P 网络借贷系统 平台的搭建。
