摘要每年毕业季，高校都会向企业输送大量的人才。如何提高学校的就业率，什么样的学生才是企业喜欢的，今后的人才培养方向是什么，都是学校要考虑的重头戏。每年学校在评价就业状况时，都会收集来自学生及企业的反馈信息，以便指定来年的教学安排。但是由于在思想上不重视，在沟通上没有合适的平台，或是由于就业办的人员配置不足，因而导致了高校无法有效地收集就业信息的反馈。
本系统借助ASP.NET设计和实现了一个方便学校管理员、学生、企业三方相互沟通的系统，即学生就业信息分析及反馈系统。系统的主要功能有：管理员添加和修改问卷、学生和企业填写问卷、学生和企业意见反馈、管理员查看意见、管理员查看分析结果等等。21410

Student Employment Information
Abstract
Graduation season is coming ,the university will convey a lot of talents to the business. How to improve the employment rate of the school, what kind of student does the business like, what is the future direction of personnel training, are to be considered the highlight of the school.Every year,when school evaluates its employment situation ,it would collect feedback from students and businesses.So that the feedback can be a guide when school formaulates the next year teaching arrangements.But because the relatives do not pay enough attention in terms of ideology, or no suitable platform in the communication of school and companys, or because of inadequate staffing employment in the office.These led to the university can not collect employment information feedback effectively.
The system is designed and implemented by means of ASP.NET.The system makes it a convenient thing for school administrators, students, businesses to communicate with each other by using this system. The main functions of the system are:to add and modify the questionnaire by the administrator ,the feedback of students and business ,to view the comments by administrators,to view the analysis results by administrators,etc.
