摘要随着世界经济的不断发展以及世界一体化不断地加快，经济的发展推动了科 学技术的快速进步，人们在衣食住行方面有着越来越高品质的要求，这些要求的 产物之一就是汽车行业的不断发展，尤其是以 4S 店为代表的购车体验店这一运 营模式以及所配套的 4S 店服务管理系统应运而生，本项目旨在开发出一套高效 的可扩展的 4S 店服务管理系统。83316

在该系统正式实现之前，我们需要做项目的可行性分析和功能需求分析。其 次在开发模式和所采用的关键技术方面，我们将采用 J2EE 这一主流的开发框架 以及与之整合的 Spring-Mybatis 开发模式。采用这种开发架构来实现 4S 店服务 管理系统的设计与开发，充分体现出 JAVA 这一主流开发语言的跨平台性和稳定 性以及基于 WEB 端的 B/S 结构的管理系统的优秀特性。此外，该系统全部采用 了 AJAX(异步交互技术)来实现前端页面到后台的数据传送和页面刷新，以此来 提高系统的运行效率。

在完成相关系统总体分析后接下来就是对其进行架构设计。包括功能模块的 设计和数据库结构的设计。功能模块的设计根据 4S 店具体的业务流程来抽象出 相应的功能模块，数据库结构的设计则是根据各个功能模块所抽象出的各个实体 类及其相关属性来进行表结构和关联性的设计。

最后，在完成一系列的分析和设计之后，我们最后要做的就是对项目进行具 体的代码实现。包括系统的安全性实现，前后台数据交互的实现，各个功能模块 的实现等等，最终总体上完成整个项目工程。并且希望此项目能够对我国汽车 4S 店的发展做出一定的贡献。

Abstract With the constantly development of world economy, the science technology are rising rapidly and with a great progress。 People have more and more demands on basic necessities of high quality。 One of the products of these requirements is the continuously development of the automotive vehicle industry, particularly in the 4S shop store, shopping experience and 4S management system as a representative  of this business model came into being。 And my assignment is to develop a completely set of 4S management system。

Initially we have to make some analysis about the feasibility and requirements in this project。 About the development model and key technical terms usage。 We will adopt J2EE development framework which is mainstream framework and combined with Spring-Mybatis development model。This developing framework could fully reflect the stability and cross-platform JAVA language development as well as the mainstream WEB-based terminal B/S structure of the management system  of excellent properties。 In addition, the system is used in all of the AJAX (Asynchronous interactive technology) to achieve the data transmission from the front page to server and refresh the page which could improve the operating efficiency of the system。

After we finished the general analysis, the next phase is to make the structure design including the function model and database model。 The design of function model is according to specific business processes while the database model is according to specific entities and their attributions。

Finally, after the completion of a series of analysis and design。 What we have to do is to realize it by coding。 Including the security of the system implementation, achieving data exchange and each functional model, etc。 Finally we complete the entire project。 And i hope this project can make some contributions to the development of Chinese automobile 4S shop。
