摘要国产压路机,跟国外相比在整体技术水平上仍然有一段差距,主要体现于:专用压实设备缺乏、重型和超重型压路机生产数量及品种比较少、产品型号不其全、综合技术经济指标及自动控制方面比国外先进水平低。本设计论文在于设计前车架和压路机振动轮的有关参数和结构,让其达到所需要求的工作状态,为以后的设计开发提供参考。
通过理论分析计算和实物参考,本文完成了YZ18振动压路机的前车架及工作装置振动轮的设计,确定其基本参数,振动轮是设计的主要部分,振动轮的设计内容包括振动轴和激振器的设计,支承结构设计、振动轴承计算和选型、减振器计算和校核等。在激振结构上采用了振动轴加上偏心块的结构,实现了双频双幅的振动形式,选用橡胶减振器作为减振系统材料,以得到好的减振效果。

Abstract
Our vibratory roller studies have been approaching maturity, but there is still a big gap compared with foreign countries, mainly reflected in: product model is not full, heavy and the number and variety of the production of ultra heavy rollers is still small, the lack of special compaction equipment, comprehensive technical and economic indicators and automatic control is still lower than the international advanced level. This paper intends to study the relevant parameters and structure of vibratory wheel, which can achieve the required working state, to narrow the gap with foreign research.
Based on the theoretical analysis and calculation, the design of vibration of frame and working device of wheel of YZ18 vibratory roller, determine the basic parameters, the vibration wheel is the main part of the design, the design content including the design of vibrating wheel vibration shaft and a vibration exciter, supporting structure, bearing vibration calculation and the selection, calculation and check of shock absorber. The structure vibration shaft with eccentric block used in the vibration structure, vibration form can produce double amplitude, damping system with rubber shock absorber.
