摘要本论文主要研究了汽车四轮转向系统的基本结构和工作原理,并对电控四轮转向系统进行了简要分析。以此为理论基础,以某汽车的相关参数设计了四轮转向系统,包括前轮转向器的设计计算和后轮转向执行器的设计计算。四轮转向系统主要是四轮转向控制器收集各传感器输入的信号,通过处理信号,确定后轮所需的转角大小及方向,控制执行器完成转向。此系统可以改善车辆低速时的转向灵活性和高速时的操纵稳定性,使汽车在转向时响应快,转向能力强,直线行驶稳定。前轮转向器是四轮转向的基础部件,是电机助力的齿轮齿条转向器。后轮转向执行器是驱动后轮转向的主要部件。通过对前轮转向器和后轮转向执行器的设计,为四轮转向技术整体设计提供了基础。 关键词 四轮转向 电控四轮转向系统 齿轮齿条电动助力转向器 后轮转向执行器7603
Title Design of Four-Wheel Steering System
Abstract
This paper studies the basic structure and working principle of the vehicle
four-wheel steering system, and electronically controlled four-wheel
steering system is briefly analyzed. As a theoretical basis, design a car
with four-wheel steering system, including the design and calculation of
the front-wheel steering device and rear-wheel steering actuator.
Four-wheel steering system uses a four-wheel steering controller to
collect the sensor input signal, by processing the signal, and determines
the corner of the rear-wheel required size and direction of the control
actuator after completing the turn. This system can improve steering
flexibility and high-speed handling and stability, make the car faster
steering response, and improve steering capability and the straight-line
driving stability. The front-wheel steering device is the basis of
four-wheel steering parts, using motor power rack and pinion steering. The
rear-wheel steering actuator drives the rear wheels. Design of front-wheel
steering device and rear-wheel steering actuator provides the foundation
