摘要:本论文主要对Tesco摄像仪外壳上下盖的注塑模设计,对产品材料的成型工艺分析,确定加工工艺方案和模具基本结构,在模具的机构结构中,主要对分型面、浇注系统,型芯型腔,抽芯机构等零件结构进行了分析,并对模具机械结构合理性进行了理论分析与计算,确定了注射机型号,计算了成型零部件的尺寸。根据零部件的配合精度,对零部件的加工工艺进行了分析,所以,本设计的模具结构可确保模具强度,精度,及工作运行等可靠性。20236
