摘要:本课题源于公司内装扣三文造型资料,该产品是配套件的主要零件,是采用塑料成型的,外观表面质量要求较高,外形不允许留下有明显的痕迹,学生在毕业综合实践过程中,可以学到特殊零件的脱模结构,这个课题符合毕业设计要求。着重解决模具结构设计合理,排气性要好,要求成型后尽可能达到精度要求,要考虑成型过程中的变形。生产纲领为:日产200-800件,属于中批量生产,计划一模两腔。作为企业技术改造的重要参考技术资料。根据设计任务分配,要求学生收集塑料材料的成型工艺参数以及相关资料,应用所学的知识和技能解决生产中的塑料材料的成型方面的实际问题。
完成塑料成型工艺设计和模具设计与制造工艺等内容:通过毕业设计的学习,可以UG进行简单的三文造型,编制模具工作零件的机械加工工艺性是,了解模具的加工流程,加工工艺,学会分析确定浇注系统和分型面,进行模流分析,来确定最佳的浇注系统。完成一整套二文、三文模具零件图、总装图,完成说明书,最后通过毕业设计答辩。
