摘要有别于传统发动机的燃烧化石燃料的做工方式,电动机的动力输出利用了电磁互斥原理,以此达到节省化石燃料的目的。而动力的更平顺输出则需要一个好的变速箱,所以现在电动车用紧凑型少档位变速箱的研发越来越普遍。25742
本文对两档变速的电动客车轮系进行了设计和分析,主要完成了以下工作:
1)根据老师所给的动力性要求等参数,包括整车质量,最高车速,最大爬坡度等完成了车辆行驶功率需求分析,通过计算分析选择相匹配的驱动电机参数。
2)由电机的峰值功率额定功率,最低、最高扭矩等设计变速器一二档齿轮比。根据现行比亚迪K9电动客车的参数为依照,选取合理的主减速比5.714,一、二档变速比分别为5和2.5。
3)根据各档传动比对轮系的齿轮、轴及轴承进行了设计分析和校核。一档为直齿轮,二档为斜齿轮。经校核,理论上符合行驶要求。
4)由所得参数,利用AutoCAD软件绘制了二文零件图:输入齿轮轴,一档齿轮,二档齿轮,输出轴等。

Abstract
Faced with increasingly severe three major challenges of energy, environment and climate change, developing new energy vehicles to transport energy transformation is becoming an important way to achieve sustainable development of the automotive industry. The development of electric vehicles is the overall trend of vehicle development and strategic priorities, which has formed a consensus in the world.
In this paper, the design and analysis of the gear train of electric passenger cars with automatic transmission system have been finished. The main research works are:
The analysis of the vehicle power demand has been completed , on the basis , the parameters of the drive motor has been selected, the electric bus power drive system parameters matching has been completed.
According to the initial dynamic performance, the design parameters of the transmission speed ratio have been analyzed and choice.
According to the transmission ratio, the gear train of gear, shaft and bearing have been designed ,analyze.
The automatic transmission system of 2D part drawings , assembly drawings and the 2D models have been completed by AutoCAD .
