摘要: 金属切削机床中的组合机床,是根据工件加工需要,以大量通用部件为基础,配以少量专用部件组成的一种高效专用机床。它具有生产率高、加工精度稳定、研制周期短、便于设计、制造和使用文护、成本低、配置灵活等。正是由于这些特点的存在,决定了组合机床在当今新形势下仍能被广泛应用于汽车、拖拉机、柴油机、电机、仪器仪表、军工及自行车等轻工行业和机床、机车、工程机械等制造业中。27902

Combined milling machine and spindle unit
Abstract: The combination machine tool in the metal cutting machine tool is a kind of high-efficient special machine tool, which is based on the work piece machining, and is composed of a lot of common components. It has high productivity, stable processing accuracy, short development cycle, easy to design, manufacture and use maintenance, low cost, flexible configuration, etc. It is because of the existence of these characteristics, determines the combination of machine tools in today's new situation still can be widely used in the manufacturing of automobiles, tractors, diesel engine, motor, instrumentation, military and bike in light industry and machine tools, locomotives, construction machinery etc.
  This time design is the milling machine tool and spindle components. First, the machine tool were overall design, the general layout of the machine determine the overall program; and focus on the design of spindle assembly, which comprises a main shaft design and support selection, spindle axial movement mechanism and the spindle lock tight mechanism design.
