摘要:磁流变阻尼器是一种以磁流变液作为其工作介质的新型阻尼可调器,因其具有功耗小、响应迅速、可控性强、阻尼力连续可调等优点,近年来在机械、汽车以及土木工程等领域的振动控制方面得到了广泛的应用。然而常规的磁流变阻尼器主要用于较低频率、长行程,但对于稍高频率振动的减振效率并不理想,这主要是因为环状缝隙较小,磁流变液从一腔流到另一腔需要较长的时间,所以不适于高频振动的控制,并且常规阻尼器的可控阻尼较小,为使磁流变阻尼器能够用于稍高频率的振动控制和获得较大的阻尼力,可以采取增加阻尼孔数目的办法。泡沫金属具有多孔且空隙能够达到很小的特点,若使磁流变液通过泡沫金属的孔隙,将会产生很大的阻尼力。另外,泡沫金属具有缓冲吸振的性能,将其与磁流变液阻尼器结合将产生附加的缓冲吸振效果。与传统磁流变阻尼器相比,该种阻尼器具有成本低和寿命长的特点。但是,通过理论计算发现该种阻尼器阻尼力较低。为了提高泡沫金属磁流变阻尼器的性能,本课题对其进行优化设计,首先通过ANSYS仿真确定优化目标,然后进行优化并绘制图纸,优化后再对其进行仿真并测试其性能。30575

 Structure optimization and performance test of the magnetic rheological damper for metallic foams
  Magneto rheological (MR) damper is a kind of to magneto rheological fluid as the working medium of the new damping adjustable device, because it has low power consumption, fast response, strong controllability, damping force can be continuously adjusted and advantages, in recent years in the field of machinery, automobile, civil engineering and so on the vibration control has been widely used. However conventional magneto rheological (MR) damper is mainly used for low frequency, long trip, but for a slightly high frequency vibration damping efficiency is not ideal. This is mainly because of the small annular gap, magneto rheological fluid from one chamber to the other cavity takes a long time, they are not suitable for high frequency vibration control and conventional damper controllable damping is small, to enable the magneto rheological damper can be used for a slightly higher frequency of vibration control and obtain the larger damping force can take to increase the number of damping holes way. The foamed metals have the characteristics of porous and the gap can reach a small, if the magnetic rheological fluid through the pores of the metal foam, will generate a lot of damping force. In addition, the foam metal has a buffer vibration absorbing performance, which will generate an additional buffer vibration absorbing effect with the magnetic fluid damper damper.. Compared with the traditional MR damper, the damper has the features of low cost and long life.. However, the damping force of the damper is lower by theoretical calculation..
