摘要微纳卫星的概念于1999年由美国加州理工州立大学与斯坦福大学联合提出了,以帮助全球高校进入空间科学和探索的领域。由于微纳卫星发射环境的复杂性导致其产生的载荷的形式和性质有很大差异,微纳卫星结构分析主要为结构的力学分析,其目的是分析微纳卫星结构的力学特征以及在已知载荷条件下的结构响应。本文采用MSC.Partran/Nastran对微纳卫星进行有限元仿真分析,其中主要包括结构静力分析,结构模态分析,频率响应分析和随机响应分析四个方面。分析结果表明卫星静力响应的变形和应力较小,一阶模态频率为143.77Hz,频率响应加速度和随机响应加速度幅值较小,说明结构有足够的刚度和强度承受加速度载荷。30609

Title The structural analysis of CubeSat by Finite Element Method
Abstract
The concept of CubeSat was proposed by California Polytechnic State University and Stanford University in 1999. The purpose is to help the world's universities into the field of space science and exploration. Because of the complexity of the CubeSat launch environment has led to the form and nature of the load was different. CubeSat structure analysis is mainly mechanical analysis of the structure, its purpose is to analyze the mechanical characteristics of CubeSat structure known structural response under loading conditions. In this paper, MSC.Partran / Nastran for CubeSat finite element simulation analysis, which include static analysis, modal analysis,sinusoidal vibration analysis and random vibration analysis. The results show that the deformation and stress of static response is small the first order modal frequency of CubeSat is 122Hz ,the acceleration response amplitude under sinusoidal vibration analysis and random vibration analysis is also not large which demonstrates that the structure has enough stiffness and strength to endure the acceleration loads.
