轻便型升降式电梯方案设计+文献综述

摘要针对目前市场上的老旧楼层设计一种轻便型升降式电梯。主要工作为，首先是方案的设计，主要有电梯轿厢架的设计，包括上梁、立柱和底梁。轿厢体的设计，包括轿厢底座、轿厢底板、轿厢壁以及轿厢顶。轿厢门的设计，包括轿厢门扇的设计，轿厢门滚轮的设计，轿厢门导轨的设计。轿厢门开关装置的设计，包括开门电机的选取，一级带轮的设计，二级带轮的设计，开门主动臂的设计以及开门从动臂的设计。连接件的设计，主要是连接轴的设计以及部分连接板。然后是电梯主要部件的校核，包括梁的强度校核以及连接轴的强度校核。最后绘制出轻便型电梯的总体装配图已经部分零件图。5735

Abstract
To design a portable hoist elevator for the old floor. The first is the design of the program, the main work is designing elevator car frame which includs the upper beam, column and bottom beams. Designing of car body which includs car base, base plate of the car, the car wall and the car top. Designing of car door, Including the design of the car doors, designing of wheels which install on the car doors , the design of the rail. The design of the car door switch device,it includs the selection of door motor，The design of the first pulley and the second pulley , designing the active arm of the door and the follower arm of the door. Connector design, the design of the connecting shaft and some connecting plate. Then check the major components of the lift.Including the beam strength, and the connecting shaft. Finally draw the overall assembly drawing and some of the parts diagram.

1.绪论
电梯是一种以电动机为动力的垂直升降机，装有箱状吊舱，用于多层建筑乘人或载运货物，这种电梯多用于较高的楼层中。也有台阶式，踏步板装在履带上连续运行，俗称自动电梯[1]，这种电梯商场等活动场所。
