摘要我国公路建设正处于高速发展阶段，交通建议一直做为我国国民经济建设的重点投资领域，随着公路总里程的增加和出口量增多，需求量将逐年增长。公路建设的投资为开放面向国内中、高档用户的超重型压路机提供了及其广阔的发展空间。目前国内产量6000台压路机中，震动压路机不到总产量的70%，而发达国家在90%以上。振动压路机是施工工程的重要设备之一，用来压实各种土料、碎石料，各种沥青、混凝土等。在公路施工中，多用在路基、路面的压实，是筑路施工中不可缺少的压实设备。33101
本课题研究的手扶振动式压路机是一种用于路面养护和小型路面工程施工的压实机械。适用于城乡道路、停车场、沥青路面的修补及市政等小型工程的压实作业。优点是体积小重量轻，使得驾驶、作业灵活机动，更易于在狭窄空间施工。小型手扶振动压路机采用行走、振动和手扶转向系统。手扶式单钢轮双频振动压路机属于小型振动压路机，主要应用于路肩和排水沟等大型压实机械无法施工的地点的压实作业，也应用于小面积道路养护时的压实作业。手扶式单钢轮双频振动压路机要求完成压路机整机设计、传动系统设计和工作装置设计，对标准零部件进行计算选型，并对关键元件进行校核。

Abstract

Small hand the vibratory roller adopts walking, vibration and walking steering system.
