摘要:注塑模具在现代生活中应用最为广泛,塑料制品在生活中使用最多。因此,研究注塑模具对提高塑料制品质量和生产效率有着重要的意义。随着 CAD/CAE/CAM 技术的发展,模具设计趋向智能化和高精度化。利用 NX/MoldWizard 模块进行咖啡机机嘴塑模具设计,与传统的模具设计相比,大大缩短了模具设计周期,提高了工作效率。本课题是关于咖啡机机嘴 1+1+1 模式带有斜侧抽注塑模具设计,设计的产品为外形较为复杂的三个不同制件,需要较多侧抽机构和斜侧抽机构辅助成型。此次设计包括产品模流分析、分模设计、斜侧抽机构设计、浇注系统设计、冷却系统设计等,同时生成模具总装配图及部分零件的二文图。 由于制件需要较多的侧抽机构且考虑制件的成型性能和冷却效果,所以型腔布局的设计是个难点和关键点。本次设计使用NX模流分析模块对产品进行分析, 通过模拟模流运动实现充模过程, 分析设计中制件成型的缺陷以便于优化设计。34722

Inject mold Design of Camera
CaseAbstract: Injection mold is most widely used in modern life, and plastic products are most usedin our daily life. Therefore, it is very important to focusing on improving the quality of theplastic production and its efficiency. With the development of CAD/CAE/CAM technology, themold design is turning to more intelligent and higher precision. Comparing to the traditionalmold design, it is more efficient to do the design work by using the NX/Mold Wizard, whichalso shorten the design cycle.This design is about the mouth of the coffee machine in 1 + 1 + 1 model with inclined sidesmoke injection mold design. The appearance of this product is very complex which needsseveral core-pulling structures to assist moulding. The whole process of this design includingmold flow analysis, parting analysis, side smoke injection mold design, gating system design,cooling system design,etc. 2D drawing will also be exported after the 3D mold design.Considering its complexity, formability and the cooling effect should also be taken into account.The key point of this design is the parting layout. Moldflow analysis will be used after the 3Dpart is completed, which can analyze product flaws and optimize the product design bysimulating the mold-filling process.
