摘要:本课题主要针对Φ150圆钢加热所设计的环形加热炉。要求进行炉子热工计算和整个系统热平衡的设计计算,并进行炉子CAD图纸的设计。炉子采用三段式,分为预热段、加热段、均热段。主要由煤、空气管道,钢架结构,烧嘴,炉衬,换热器,送风机,水冷构件及烟囱等部分组成。35160
本设计采用高焦炉混合煤气作为环形加热炉的主要燃料。设计计算主要包括:燃料燃烧计算,炉温制度的确定,炉体尺寸的确定,炉体结构的确定,热平衡计算,煤、空气管路系统阻力损失计算,排烟系统阻力损失计算,烟囱高度选取,炉子重要部件选择等部分。最后设计的环形炉性能为:炉子热效率(45.29%),标准燃料消耗量(1229.60kg标煤/h),单位标准燃料消耗量(40.99kg标煤/t钢),热耗(1201kJ/kg)。

The Design of Annular Heating Furnace for Φ150 Steel Rod
Abstract:This topic mainly aims at the design of annular heating furnace for Φ150 steel rod. It requirements for the design calculation of furnace thermal   
calculation and heat balance of the whole system, then design the CAD
drawings. The furnace adopts three sections, pided into preheating section,
heating section, average heating. It is mainly composed coal, air pipe, steel
structure, burner, furnace, heat exchanger, air blower, water cooling components and chimney parts.
This design uses the mixed gas of coke oven as the main fuel annular heating furnace. Design mainly includes: the calculation of fuel burning, determine the furnace temperature system, determine the size of the furnace, determine the furnace structure, heat balance calculation, calculation of coal, air resistance loss of pipeline system, calculation of exhaust system resistance loss, chimney height selection, selection of some important parts of the furnace. The performance of the final design of the annular furnace: furnace thermal efficiency 45.29%), the standard fuel consumption (standard coal 1229.60kg/h), the standard unit of fuel consumption (standard coal 40.99kg /t steel), heat consumption (1201kJ/kg).
